[ICOM] FIXING PW1

Hello folks,
My PW1 need to be fixed again...

At present time I get no power at all on 80, 40 and 30
bands, while the unit is fully operative on any other bands
including 160.

The remote control prom the PROIII runs flatly and I've done
a CPU reset too.

I've not yet looked inside but I smell some smoke scent...

Any suggestion from the list?
