[ICOM] Fooling an Icom 718

Yes just set the Filter selection for the SSB filter. The 718 will then 
allow you to choose the narrow filter in SSB mode. If you then want to 
operate CW you will have top reset the Filter selection for the CW filter. 
The narrow filter selection works when the cpu has record of which filter 
is installed and that it knows by your setting in the set mode.
