Hm, I've got the orginal service manual, which has the PC board
printed in pink, dark grey, light grey and black, so don't know if I
could scan it usefully.  

But I'll describe it as best I can from the manual, I'm not going to
open up the radio to see what it really looks like.

On the logic board, bottom view, on the end where the tone squelch
plugs in at the bottom right, almost at the center going up, just to
the left of the tsquelch connector to the left, there should be a
patch of board, rectangular with clipped corners.  Jsut to the right
of that are two three-lead SMD packages.  The lower of the two is D15.
There's another three lead package below that, D1.

If that doesn't help, I'm willing to TRY to scan that bit of the
manual, and mail it.
