AOR sold from its beginnings general coverage professional radios with a
very, VERY, wide coverage, all mode receivers. That was called years ago
surveillance receivers and were intended for security, army and intelligence
services. Watkins Johnson was the best known manufacturer of this kind of
receivers. Don't put them in the same basket with anyone else, they really
stand apart.
