[ICOM] What can I hear in the 1.3 to 3 GHz Range???

1.68 GHz +/- a bit.  The National Weather Service launches weather balloons
twice a day from a number of places around the country.  We use an R-7000
(my R-9000 is too heavy) mobile to "RDF" the balloons and track/recover the
package.

Basically, it is a 3 dimension foxhunt.
