I am holding an HM-103 in my hand.

Looking at the RJ-45 - locking tab down - pins to the top - cord to the
bottom - pins left to right are:

1.  Blank (NC)

2.  Black

3.  Blank (NC)

4.  Green

5.  Shield

6.  White

7.  Blue

8.  Blank (NC)
