[ICOM] No transmit 706 MKII G with EZ PSK

Are you using a PTT line, or a VOX circuit?

Years ago I had a PTT problem with an IC-740 like that.  The control
circuitry for the PTT line didn't pull the radio PTT down hard enough.  A
simple resistor swap cured it.
