[ICOM] No transmit 706 MKII G with EZ PSK

I just installed EZ PSK 706/3 and can't seem to transmit ( receive works
fine ).

When I attempt to transmit the transmit relay "chatters" but the radio
remains in receive.

I have tried adjusting the mic level on my laptop as well as on the radio to
no avail.

Can someone get me headed in the right direction?
