[ICOM] 706 MK II off frequency

I remember in my old rigs, there was a jumper or switch that could be set
inside the rigs. This allowed me to throw the switch, tune WWV and match
the tones transmitted on the frequency by ear or o-scope. I know I can tune
WWV and hear the tone, but how do I measure it against my rig?
Thank you.
