Yes - think 21st century and have some fun by all means.

Speed limits date back to the inception of the automobile.  Today's cars are
capable of safely exceeding speeds that were not imagined then.  Perhaps as
we disregard FCC rules as they are written, we can also disregard speed
limits.  Both were written for an earlier time and technology has far
exceeded the boundaries they have set for us.

I did notice that as I read his credentials at the end, I saw no offer to
pick up the tab for your fine should you get caught in a crack.  So why not
tell you to think 21st century and have some fun, its not his nickel!

You can do it.  You probably will not get caught.  But is it legal???  No
matter - just think 21st century and have some fun - tell them you are K1AUE
if you get caught.  <grin>  Now THAT IS funny!

Where Marine radios are only used by drug smugglers.  Well, the ones the
minutemen don't report anyway....
