[ICOM] Need Schematic For HS-15 and/or HS-15SB

Good evening,

Before I break out a meter and power supply does anybody have the roadmap or the
tip/ring/sleeve pin out for the Icom HS-15 electret goose neck mic and/or the
HS-15SB switch box for the mic?  A quick Google didn't turn up anything.
