[ICOM] Icom kind of disappointing at Hamcomm

That I did not know... but I'm very happy to hear that excellent news. The
IC-7800 was always surrounded and it's sufficiently far beyond my means that
I decided not to tease myself, so I never really got close enough to notice
what antenna they might have been using. The MonstIR is a good partner for
it. Since I'd have to cut down enough trees to enfuriate my XYL and install
a new tower to support it, the MonstIR is beyond my means as well 8^) .....
for now...

> Jerry I do not take acception to anything you said except that Icom and
SteppIR/USTower did work together at Dayton and that antenna was the one
used on the IC-7800 for the Icom Special Event station. The IC-7800 was
operated in real time by some very gifted operation.
