[ICOM] Assistance Removing UT-102 From R-75

Rick,
you've really got it down.  As a blind person who happens to be a 
ham, it is often necessary to get info from sighted folks.  You 
passed the information with the absolute minimum of wasted words; 
everything was right on target.
