[ICOM] Which model has problems

Someone please help me with a little confusion:

I have read *so* much about problems with the Icom 746 or 756 or
something like that that I am confused as to which model they had the
display problems with.

Can someone pls tell me which models in these eras they had the problems
with?

Then I also heard only certain serial numbers applied.
Is there a webpage somewhere that explains all of this?
