[ICOM] Modification of the Icom IC-T81E (or IC-T81A)

Hello to all the users of the IC-T81E/A four-band handheld transceiver, and 
others!

Sometimes it is (very) hard to operate the center part of the MULTI button 
of the IC-T81E/A.

There is however a modification to use the (hardly used) CALL Keypad button 
with the same functions as the center part of the MULTI button.
