[ICOM] IC-2710H Transmit Audio Too Hot

Yes John, I had a number of IC-2100H mobiles and found that the dtmf
levels were around +- 4 khz (which is way too high) so in order to get
the dtmf levels correct at +- 3khz, I had to turn the main deviation
down to +- 4 khz.  Also, there is no provision in the dtmf mic to take
care of that.  That's a very  poorly designed radio in my books without
that adjustment.
