[ICOM] Astron RS-35M Radiated Noise

Rob,
You might want to check the screws that attach
the circuit board to the large filter cap.  Mine
became slightly loose over time.
I don't know if this would solve your problem
or not, but it solved the hum problem that my
VS-35M had.
