[ICOM] IC-02AT Problem

I just had the same problem with a friend's radio. The reset DID fix it!
HOWEVER, the reset must be performed with the radio ON. This meant holding
the battery to it, turning it on, and pressing the reset button for several
seconds.
If that does not work, it is beyond my experience. If you didn't follow
those steps, try it once again. Good luck.
