[ICOM] RE: Icom 781 heat problem (Peter Veach)

If you check through the archives, this fix (lower primary voltage) was
actually tested and doesn't work. Apparently, the only fix that works is
supplemental cooling.

Perhaps somebody remembers the link. It was about 1 year ago. Made
interesting reading.
