[ICOM] Original 706 and AH4

Hello all,

Does anyone out there know of a way the original IC-706 can be made to tune
with the AH-4 on 6 metres?

I won't make the tuner operate on that band as the AH-3 was first marketed
with the 706 and it didn't cover 6 metres according to Icom.

So, is there a mod around that will enable the earlier rig to operate the
tuner this way?
