[ICOM] IC-701

Most Icom equipment designed for possible mobile use has the following input
power voltage specification;
13.8 vdc ± 15%

That equates to voltages between 11.73 and 15.87 vdc.

I have 3 items of Icom equipment and they all have the same specification.

In addition, two have specific warnings to never
a) apply an AC voltage input or;
b) DC voltage in excess of 16 volts.
