[ICOM] IC-701

Hello,

The block diagram of the IC-701, as shown in the owner's manual,
says:  "13.8V - 18V, 20A Max".

The incoming voltage goes thru a Reverse Polarity Protector, a
Voltage Control, a Receiver Regulator, a Transmitter Regulator,
an emerges as "13.8V".
