[ICOM] R7000 problem

Hi,
I have an R7000 that seems to be developing a problem.

When I first power it on, it takes a good 15 minutes before the receive
signal of say the NWS on 162.55 comes up to full strength on the meter.
Seems to affect all bands except 450 range.
Also, I can usually get the 162.45 broadcast but it is silent until at
least 15 minutes of power to the R7000.
I do have the service manual but have not opened the radio yet.
Looking for advice if this is a common failure and what to look for.

Anyone have any ideas as to what part of the circuit may be failing?
