[ICOM] re no transmit audio from IC-706

    I met a gentleman today on 12 meters (yes  the band was opened) who
was telling me that he has a problem with an IC-706 Mark II (NOT the G
version) which has lost all transmit audio on both lsb and usb!  Anyone
on this reflector who has experienced this problem?  Either reply on the
reflector or directly to Herb at following:
