[ICOM] IC-706 replaced by IC-7000

The long appreciated Icom-706 series is leaving.  The new rig will be an 
IC-7000

Specifications:
HF/V/UHF
100w HF(and VHF too I think), 35w UHF
DSP with "double PBT"
5cm color TFT screen
0,5ppm
508 memories
20mm longer then previous 706's
