[ICOM] IC-02AT Heating Up

That is really weird.  I had (have but aren't using) the 02/03/04/12ATs
and have never seen that problem.  I wonder if different production
versions had this?  I got my 02AT in 1985 and the rest by '87.  I can't
remember them getting hot just receiving off the car.  Transmitting
was another story.  They were nice on cold mornings in the winter...
