This assumes that every person fits your mold - an every radio is used
strictly for mobile.
I can tell you this - when I was deploying with my old 735, I would have
LOVED to have the 706 size package. And to fit a TV in it to boot - what a
wonderful thing for those who must travel and need to travel light.
I don't own a big SUV - and I cannot see why ANYONE should have a big gas
guzzler like that! The automakers could have used the resources better by
developing electric cars.
Get the point?
As in a previous thread about 220 radios - It seems that the company saw
more profit in the TV screen than in the other features supposedly lacking.
The value of this choice will prove out in the number they sell. I am
betting it will be a success - even with TV and without missing features.
