Outstanding Bill; Like you, I put my radio in the car or van to play
radio. News and general info are available from the receiver on either
the AM or FM broadcast bands. I can't believe watching TV on a large
postage stamp screen can be more entertaining or comfortable than
listening to 75 meters on a typical day. I would have opted for several
other useful features, that the 7000 lacks, rather than TV viewing.
