[ICOM] AT-130 marine antenna tuners

I have an AT-120 marine tuner that works FB with my 706mk2g. I can
even tune it down to 3.5 MHz with about 14-15 ft of doglegged wire as
the antenna. Also seems to tune ok on 6 meters, but I haven't
actually used it there.
Apparently ICOM uses the same control protocol on all AT products.
