[ICOM] IC-910H Problem

I think the blinking light means the FM station you're receiving is off
frequency...

Hello All,

    I have a IC-910H and a minute or two after it is turned on the Main 
and Sub band indicators start to blink.  I've seen this before but can't

remember what it means.  Anyone out there know?
