[ICOM] Band Edge Beep not working on Pro2

Hi Frank,
You have probably checked this, but just in case, check the settings of Beep
Level and Beep Limit in the Level Set Mode. I also think I remember reading
somewhere that the Band edge beep goes away if the radio is modified for
general coverage transmit.
