When it's aligned properly it should be centered on AM, a little to the left
on USB and the right on LSB.

It's tricky to set because the sweep circuit is analog, and affected by
temperature... So do it when it's well warmed up. Also, the trace will move
with the passband tuning, so set them before adjusting. The procedure is in
the service manual.
