I have an Icom 751. With an interface box to do level conversion, it does 
all the above: CW, SSB, AM, FM, and RTTY. It's a good rig, even if it is a
bit elderly. The 751A is a little better, I'm told. 

I lucked out and got the rig and a Dentron 2KW tuner for $250; you should
plan on spending a bit more, but you might get lucky, too.
