I have never dealt with the guy, but I have heard that KI4NR is very good at
fixing radios, but now that I think about it, I don't know if that was just
Kenwood.

Subject: [ICOM] Icom 756 Pro Repair Suggestions?
Any suggestions on where to send my 756 Pro for repair? I'm guessing that
the front end was overloaded and needs attention. My goof - I was running
a KW and had the external receive antenna plugged in......duh.
The audio sounds very wide and "tinny". Gotta get it going again and I'm
open to suggestions as to your experience with Icom specialists.
Thanks in advance,
73,
Joe
