[ICOM] 756ProII Resets on Transmit

Greetings all:

I believe this has been covered here but I don't recall the solution and 
I'm trying to figure out how to wade through the archives.

My 756ProII has developed the problem of RESETTING (shutting off and 
immediately back on) the moment I attempt to transmit. Even with a dummy 
load connected to the antenna jack and RF POWER set to 5 watts, the moment 
I key the transmitter in any mode, the radio shuts off and turns back on.

What is the standard cure for this problem?
