[ICOM] AG-25 Pre-amp

.....I was referring to the NEC site, a.k.a. as California Eastern
Laboratories here in the country and the deice was NE251 not NTExx or
whatever. The device I'm talking about is a dual gate GaAs FET , small
signal device. If you want I can send you the datasheet off list.
