The NTE251 may be a NPN Power Darlington, but the NE25139 is a dual gate 
GaAsFET.  The data sheet is at:

According to the NTE web-site, the NTE251 is an NPN Power Darlington.

NTE251x (0 thru 9) are silicon switching transistors.
