[ICOM] ic-746 filters

Just picked up a nice 746...Was looking to add 3 filters 2 at the ist 
if and 1 at the second. Looking at icoms filters kind of limited ,bur 
inrad offers a few more. Iam looking at ssb not cw at this point and 
was wondering what combo on both if's would give a really usable pair? 
I do local and dx  not much of a contester. Was thinking of the 2.8 and 
the 1.9 at 9mhz and 1.8 ay 455khz.Inrad offers a few differant filters 
also .
  Just curious as to what others have found to be a usable combo.
