[ICOM] Heil PRO-SET PLUS!ic and RIGblaster Pro

Thanks for the idea Jack.

The output impedance of each of the switchable elements in the Heil 
PRO-SET PLUS!ic is about 1K according to Bob Heil. The documentation for 
the RIGblaster Pro doesn't provide this specification . . . you could 
well be right.

How do I deal with it?
