Hello to the group.

The IC-706MKII that I have in the mobile is showing full a scale S meter reading when the
rig is first turned on and after about five minutes the signal moves back to the left side
and the receiver then receives HF, during this five minute period if I switch to a Two-meter
channel the receiver works fine. I have removed the antenna from the rear of the rig to see
if it was a signal entering from the outside, have tried several changes to the initial boot-up
settings without any change, the next step will be to RE-BOOT the radio, l am leaving that
for last.
Has anyone seen this problem and maybe a cure?
