[ICOM] IC7400

Since some days my IC7400 (IC746PRO) has a max Power of 1 W only for all
mods.
Also 2m has some watts only (cannot measure exactly).
Modulation and complete RX is ok.

I had this problem about 1 year before, but the problem disappared after
short t
ime, may be after a reset.

Reset did not worked this time.

Is this a known problem? Any ideas (except sending the rig to ICOM  :)))?
