Adam... Yes, I think that article emphasizes what I had been thinking.
As nice as the 781 is, one cannot escape the fact that it will be pretty
old, and pretty expensive.
I don't thing there is a big jump from the PRO to PRO2, and probably not
from the 2 to the 3, but it may be worth it for me to jump from the PRO to
the PRO3 when it comes out. This way I avoid the risk of spending $2500 for
a 781 that may have been someone else's nightmare!

Any other thoughts you may have would certainly be helpful!
