[ICOM] IC751A - 10 meters problem

Hi all & Shalom
Need your advise please with my IC751A on 10m (other bands are normal).
Generally, audio quality (TX & RX) suffers some distortion (it isn't clean
and not as pleasant as on the other bands).
The major findings \ symptoms:
1. Power output on 10 is lower than all other bands by 25-40 percent.
2. There exists some disturbance on the signal - both CW & SSB.  In TX, some
reports were "an ac(100HZ?)  buzz
    or FM" in CW, or "a bit garbled" or "slightly distorted"  or "husky or
hoarse" in SSB.
3. In Rx SSB , I note the audio to be not clean, indeed husky & slightly
distorted as if "one needs to clear his throat".
    In cw I can't get a clean note or tone - always sounds like there are
some harmonics on the tone.

All in all, this is only on 10m.

Any ideas ? everything is welcome...
