The bulbs on the 207H panel are actually pretty easy to get to. I was in
there last week to fix the memory pushbutton that had slipped and was not
pushing its button any more.
Just pop off the front panel and remove the screws on the back. The back
cover will come off (you might have to pry just a bit), revealing the back
of the printed circuit board.
The lights are pretty obvious, and you can get to their solder lands,
remove and replace them without taking out the circuit board.
(If you DO take out the circuit board for any reason, be careful. The
display block is loose and will fall out with a couple of pieces, and
getting everything lined up to put back together is a little tricky.)
