Van, the 910 will do Sat operation with the push of a button.  Do not 
remember if it will do what you ask.  However, the radio has individual RF 
I/O's for V/U driving separate antennas.  It does appear that if you run the 
thing in Sat mode, then yes, it would do Cross Band.  I know that you can 
listen on either VHF or UHF and transmit on one or the other.  Individual 
receivers, but only one transmit function, either UHF or VHF at a time.

Darn good radio.  I sold mine since I did not use UHF much at all.  With the 
addition of a preamp for either UHF or VHF, makes a solid Sat Radio.

Go to Mods.dk and look at the manual if you do not have one.  It will come 
down as a Zipped file.  Takes about 20 minutes if you are dial in.
