[ICOM] IC 746 IC 756 Question

When I was shopping for a new rig in '98, I discovered these two rigs had 
the same basic number of filter slots, but the 746 came without one of the 
filters the 756 had. Thus the "extra" filter slot since the 746 came 
WITHOUT one of the filters already installed by the factory in the 756.

I hope I am remembering this correctly.

BTW, I wound up getting the 756, primarily because of the spectrum scope. I 
now have the 756PRO - even better.
