[ICOM] Cables for 703 --- Can 706 cables/plugs be used?

I am thinking about buying a 703.  Does anyone have a 703 and 706 and can
tell me if the cables for the RTTY, Packet, etc. work on both, i.e.. same
pinouts and same size plug?
