[ICOM] NB in Icom 751A

OK, now that I know that the 751A is definitely worth
it over the plain 751, and have found a good deal (I
think) for 1-$425 shipped with Trimmer caps replaced
and new RAM battery, I have another question.  Is the
NB any good in the 751A?  The current Icom NB seem
pretty worthless.  I live in an area with power line
noise that I am trying to get fixed, but would like a
quiet receiver with an effective NB.  Does the 751A
meet these criteria?
