[ICOM] IC h21 programming info needed.

Hello all,

A while ago I posted a message on this reflector requesting information on
programming frequencies to an Icom ICH21T

I received a couple of replies and one very helpful person was even able to
e-mail me the service manual - which will come in useful for tuning it once
I get it programmed.

The manual did not mention how the frequency programming was done.

Does anyone have any idea how this is achieved and what software or
equipment is needed?
