[ICOM] IC-38a DC Power connector

I purchased an IC-38a in Dayton this year.  The rig
didn't come with a power cord.

The rig uses a 2 pin DC plug which I haven't been able
to find anywhere.  

Would anyone know who made the plug for Icom?, and
maybe the part number.

I called Icom, and they do not stock the power cable
at this point, and were not able to help with with the
above question.
